Our Customers

We deal with customers ranging from a first-time buyer budget up to high end larger family homes, including investment opportunities and development potential. These price ranges can vary between £60,000 for a share to buy scheme up to £15,000,000 developments.

Our average sales consist of £250k - £500k. Rental yields are usually concentrated around 5.1%

Pent-up demand continues to build across town as buyers respond to price adjustments, though some remain hesitant due to the past political uncertainty. However, remaining positive the number of exchanges in Stevenage was marginally higher in the first six months of last year. The total available budget of prospective buyers through Hunters has climbed to a five-year high. Properties typically receive multiple bids and sell for within 5% to 10% of the asking price and that gap is narrowing. Demand remains robust and buyers, who are typically trading up. At higher price brackets, in the family house market, there is a shortage of supply that means properties tend to go under offer more quickly.

This is our 3rd time using Hunters Estate agents in Stevenage to sell our houses, needless to say we have always been happy with the service they have provided.

Mr D Charters

We looked at a number of agents in the area and found Hunters to be competitive but also Amon impressed us with his knowledge and approach. He did not let us down and was great in keeping us up to date and doing some leg work for us. I would recommend them for an efficient and effective service.

Mr A Snowden

Hunters looked after our sale and purchase and provided an excellent service from beginning to end. Dan Bull really went above and beyond, making the whole process much easier for all involved. He was always happy to help, prompt to respond.

Very professional agency offering a friendly and consistent service. Dan and Caroline provided valuable advice and ensured optimal communication between me, the buyers and the solicitors.
